Keir Starmer emphasized Ukraine’s right to determine its future independently, underscoring the significance of consulting European nations in peace negotiations. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas asserted that Russia’s aggression against Ukraine poses a fundamental threat to Europe and insisted on Ukraine’s freedom to decide the terms of any potential agreement.
