Ikea has rolled out a new discount program for thousands of workers throughout the United Kingdom. Education and healthcare professionals are now eligible for a 6% discount on in-store purchases, thanks to a recent collaboration with savings platforms Discounts for Teachers and Health Service Discounts.
Previously, members could only access a 4% discount on the Ikea website, but the enhanced offer now extends to in-store transactions as well. To avail of the discount, shoppers need to log into the respective app and scan their code at the checkout counter.

In a recent update, Ikea has implemented a new £2 click and collect fee for online orders to be retrieved from its stores starting September 2025. However, members of the Family loyalty program can still enjoy this service free of charge.
Additionally, Ikea customers have the option to collect orders from selected Tesco car parks, DPD, or locker pick-up points, although charges apply if the spending threshold is not met. For Ikea Family members, click and collect services are complimentary for purchases over £100 from Tesco or self-serve lockers and over £60 from DPD points.
