Teens Risk Lives: Cling to Bus in Manchester

Shocking footage capturing two teenagers clinging to the back of a bus as it navigated a busy main road has surfaced. The incident, recorded by a concerned bystander near the Trafford Centre in Manchester, shows the teenagers, both wearing black coats, holding onto a 52 service bus traveling from Failsworth to Trafford for about 60 seconds before letting go.

According to the video, the boys are believed to have boarded the bus at a roundabout before it departed, with a third boy seen running away from the bus. The witness who filmed the incident, opting to remain anonymous, described how the boys initially struggled to hold on but managed to stay attached as the bus circled the roundabout and headed towards the Trafford Centre. Another bus following behind honked to alert the driver to stop.

Transport for Greater Manchester condemned the boys’ actions as “incredibly dangerous,” emphasizing the severe risks involved and highlighting the criminal nature of such behavior. Authorities urge parents and guardians to educate children about the perils of engaging in such reckless activities, emphasizing the potential life-threatening consequences and legal repercussions for those involved.
