A strange video has surfaced featuring Kira Cousins participating in a gender reveal event for a baby that is believed to be fictional. The video captured the moment when confetti was released, revealing pink colors on the ground, as Kira joyfully embraced her partner, appearing elated by the news. This event was later revealed to be one of several alleged schemes orchestrated by the 22-year-old to deceive her partner, family, and friends into thinking she was pregnant.
According to friends, Kira, hailing from Airdrie, Scotland, went to great lengths by wearing a fake baby bump and utilizing a lifelike reborn doll named Bonnie-Leigh to perpetuate the illusion of a baby girl’s arrival.
In a TikTok compilation with over three million views, Kira’s friend Naeve McRobert exposed the staged reveal, showcasing images and videos where Kira showcased fake pregnancy-related activities, including wearing a prosthetic bump at a wedding, displaying baby clothes, and flaunting an expensive pram supposedly purchased for the baby. Kira even fabricated stories about the unborn baby having health issues.
The situation took a bizarre turn with a video allegedly showing the “fetus” moving inside Kira’s abdomen, and she later announced the birth of her daughter on social media. However, her deception was uncovered when her mother found the doll impersonating a baby in her room and realized it was not exhibiting infant-like behavior.
Reports indicated that Kira’s boyfriend believed he was going to be a father, but Kira prevented him from attending supposed medical appointments. She also falsely claimed that her boyfriend and his family were displeased with her pregnancy, believing the relationship was too short for raising a child.
Months after the fake birth, Kira informed the man she alleged was the baby’s father that their child had passed away. This revelation left many, including the deceived boyfriend, shocked and betrayed by the elaborate deceit orchestrated by Kira.
In a statement on TikTok following the public backlash, Kira confessed that her mother discovered the truth about the doll and emphasized that she did not escape repercussions for her actions.
