Dissatisfied customers within the minimum contract term can terminate their package without early exit fees.
The price of the Sky Mobile social tariff, catering to low-income individuals, will remain unchanged. Out-of-contract customers are advised to review their mobile and broadband expenses to potentially reduce costs by comparing prices and usage needs.
