“Banks’ Two-Tier Service for Disabled Individuals Revealed”

Banks are providing a “two-tier” service for disabled individuals, as reported by a customer who had to sit on the floor while waiting in a branch.

A study conducted by consumer group Which? revealed varying experiences among disabled bank clients, with some institutions offering minimal support for inclusivity.

In the UK, an estimated 16.8 million people have disabilities, accounting for a quarter of the population.

Despite this, Which? claims significant discrepancies exist in the service quality provided by major banks in the country.

The study surveyed over 2,200 individuals with impairments affecting their daily lives to evaluate their satisfaction with various current account providers.
