Apple Fitness+ has introduced exciting new features and content to help users achieve their fitness goals in the new year. The subscription service, initially launched in 2020, now offers multi-week programs tailored to boost motivation and progress gradually over time.
One notable addition is the introduction of new Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes within these programs. For instance, the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” program combines 20-minute workout sessions of these popular types. Another program, “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks,” aims to incorporate Yoga into users’ routines consistently.
A program named “Make your Fitness Comeback” caters to those looking to kickstart their fitness journey, incorporating Strength, HIIT, and Yoga workouts three times a week for four weeks, each lasting just 10 minutes. Apple emphasizes the progressive nature of these plans to aid users in their fitness endeavors.
In addition to these programs, Fitness+ is enhancing its content with new episodes of Time to Walk featuring prominent figures like Spice Girl Mel B, actor Penn Badgley, and actress Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series is also back, offering workout playlists featuring music from well-known artists, including upcoming workouts featuring KAROL G’s music.
Moreover, Fitness+ users can enjoy guest workouts from lifestyle and fitness influencer Allie Bennett, as well as dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth. The service is accessible on various devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with features complemented by the Apple Watch and AirPods Pro for heart rate tracking and calorie measurement.
