Amazon is rolling out a revamped Fire TV experience this month, promising a cleaner, faster, and more organized interface for users. The update introduces new categories for easier navigation of movies, TV shows, news, live content, and sports from all services. Users can now pin favorite apps to the home screen, benefit from a user-friendly menu system, and access a Shortcut Panel by pressing and holding the Home button without interrupting video playback.
The latest system update, available for free, brings a performance boost of up to 30%. Additionally, Fire TV users can enjoy a dedicated football hub to stay informed about upcoming matches and access live games through local providers. The enhanced experience is currently rolling out to Fire TV Stick HD (newest model) and Amazon Ember Artline devices, with other models like the Fire TV Stick 4K Max set to receive the update soon.
Amazon assures users that the new Fire TV experience will reach more devices in the future, urging them to stay tuned for updates on expanded availability. If the update is not visible on compatible devices, users are advised to restart their device by going to Settings > My Fire TV > Restart, and then wait for the new interface to appear. If the update is still unavailable after restarting, it will automatically arrive in the following weeks without any further action required.
