“Colombian Adult Film Performer Sentenced for Gruesome Murders”

A horrific killer was apprehended after dismembering his victims and discarding their body parts near the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge.

Yostin Andres Mosquera, a 35-year-old adult film performer, gruesomely murdered Alberto Alfonso, 62, by slashing his throat during a recorded sexual encounter in Shepherd’s Bush, West London, on July 8th last year. Prior to this, Mosquera fatally attacked Alfonso’s partner, Paul Longworth, 71, with a hammer and tried to rob them.

Originally from Colombia, Mosquera was residing at the couple’s residence. He proceeded to behead and dismember them, storing their heads in a freezer and transporting the rest of their bodies in suitcases to Bristol two days later.

Mosquera fled when bridge personnel noticed a suspicious leak from one of the suitcases he was carrying and illuminated him with their lights. He was apprehended at Bristol Temple Meads railway station. Initially, he falsely claimed to a passerby that the suitcase and trunk contained car parts.

During the trial, Prosecutor Deanna Heer KC stated that Mosquera had premeditated the murders to facilitate theft, utilizing a hammer to kill Longworth and a knife to murder Alfonso.

Regarding the filmed murder of Alfonso, Heer mentioned that Mosquera waited for the sexual activity to commence before committing the crime. In a final act of disrespect, Mosquera danced nude while Alfonso bled out.

Justice Bennathan condemned the murders as calculated and heinous. Mosquera was sentenced to 40 years and 264 days at Woolwich Crown Court. Additionally, he pleaded guilty to charges related to child pornography before sentencing.
